How much does this service cost?

Our flat monthly plan is $60 per device. This includes one hour of remote support each month, plus a full system cleanup and optimization. Additional time is billed at $45/hour if needed.

What kind of support is included?

We provide hands-on remote help for slow systems, crashes, software issues, updates, and setup tasks. Beyond that, we also help clients build custom tools like time clock systems, digital client logs, internal workflow solutions, and automation setups — all tailored to your business.

What happens if I don’t use my full hour?

Each month includes one hour of support, and it's use-it-or-lose-it. This keeps things simple and encourages regular check-ins to keep your systems in good health. Additional time is available anytime at your plan’s rate.

How do you connect to my computer remotely? Is it secure?

We use Google Remote Desktop, a free and secure tool that allows you to give us access when needed. You’re always in control — we only connect with your permission and never store any access credentials. It's safe, encrypted, and trusted by millions.

Can you support multiple devices or a full team?

Yes! Each device can be enrolled in the $60/month plan, and we can support offices with multiple users. If your team needs more hours or broader coverage, we offer flexible billing and can build you a simple system to track usage and support requests.
